Very good TV – I have this TV mounted on the outside of my RV. It has a cover on it but it still has done an awesome job. I can actually watch football outside and see the screen. The sound is good. This TV has been through rain, ice, wind, and 9 degree Fahrenheit weather and it keeps on kicking!

How are people ok to pay this much money for such a bad product? – I was really excited about this tv until I turned it on. Felt very durable and ready for the outdoors. I knew it wasn’t a smart TV, but I didn’t expect it to be dumb. I planned to connect a Chromecast Ultra and just roll with it by casting to it. YouTube TV connected but then immediately got errors saying it can’t play it (only have this issue on this one TV). I finally get it to play something from Netflix and not sure what it is, but it looked so laggy on what they say is 4K. But worse than that the sound is not just bad, it’s painfully muffled. Like listening to someone talk through a wall. No way I can justify $1000 for something like this and still HAVE to buy a sound bar. I’d rather buy an Insignia for $250 and replace it when the weather conditions get the better of it. Save your money.

Need External Speakers – Overall, this TV is very good. After one year of using an indoor TV on a covered patio (Texas) until the TV stopped working, I concluded that an outdoor TV was needed. The rear of this TV is fully enclosed and has a hinged, sealed door to access connections. It is quite heavy. Picture quality is very good. My only complaint is that the sound quality is horrible. And I’m not an audiophile. I would strongly recommend external speakers.

But, processor doesn’t recognize FURRION for volume. Therefore I have to use FURRION remote to control volume. I’m setting less than 10 feet away and remote won’t work, it works but very, very shaky!!!
