Why did I wait so long??!! – Having grown up with the horrible rabbit ears on top of the TV, I never thought I’d be back to TV by antenna! Until…I just finally had it with my satellite TV provider! The connection wasn’t working. After about an hour on the phone mostly on hold and then troubleshooting, they told me a tech would have to come out. That it would either cost me $100. for the visit or I’d have to pay an additional $10 per month on top of my ~$200 per month I was already paying for a “protection plan.” And the first appointment was 3 days away. I was done! I told them to forget it and cancel my service! It was the best decision I ever made!!! I subscribed to YouTube TV streaming service which I’m SUPER happy with! And although it had many many channels, it didn’t have my favorite local chanel. I tried the local TV’s streaming but it wasn’t very good and would freeze too often. So I decided to give the antenna a try. Wow!!!! It was so easy to install and once I reset my TV to search the channels…BOOM! There were all the local stations plus more! Super clear, super stable connection. No fiddling around with rabbit ears!!! One downside is the adhesive to mount the TV isn’t that strong but I just used Quake Hold which to me is better because it will allow you to easily move the antenna around if you need to (so far, I haven’t needed to). The size is about the sheet of 1.5 sheets of regular paper. Doesn’t bother me. I was able to mount it behind the TV so it doesn’t show unless you go look behind the TV. Which if you choose to dare go behind my tv, you’ll find much uglier things than the antenna like scary giant dust bunnies!

An OK Antenna – This antenna was not as good as I had anticipated based on other reviews. I found a position on my wall and was able to scan the channels I wanted. However, once it was actually installed on the wall, the channels no longer came in. I ended up just leaning it on my dresser against the wall and adjusting as needed to get the channels that I am looking for. Again, does not pick up channels as hoping. I had purchased two of these for both of my TVs I have in the house. Unfortunately, I returned one of them because I didn’t want to go through the same issues.
