Great picture & sound quality – Setting up was very easy. Only thing I struggled with is fitting the projection within the tv frame. You can see that at the bottom right but that was the best I could do to make it fit. This takes up almost my entire wall in my apartment so it feels like I have my own personal theatre. The 4k quality is very good and the sound is loud. You don’t need a soundbar at all. I am pleased with that his purchase.

Avoid at all costs – I am compelled to write my first product review after 20 years an Amazon member. Hisense customer service at best is non existent and at worst condescending. If you need tech support or installation and calibration assistance think again, you are on your own. I have made multiple phone calls, sent many emails, reached out to management only to be ignored. I will now have to begin the tedious return process given the size and cost or the product. If you are in the market for a ultra short throw projector/laser tv do yourself a favor and avoid Hisense at all cost.

No warranty – Hatchfield sold defective product and will NOT warranty. They will give you run around. Boss always just left office. I bought this product. 2 months later they said they don’t have that they’ll send a different product then 3 months later I received then laser unit pixels going out like popcorn. Dots everywhere

Great picture, take your time setting up – Love it. Takes 2 people about a hour to put screen together. Also takes a good hour or so to dial in the screen. Had it up and watching about 3 hours after arrival. Not hard but tedious.
