Nice set. Great picture and nice sound. – This is a great set for the price. Louder than my LG 75” and stays connected to wifi unlike the LG. I expected more apps from Android set but it works great. The storage is somewhat limited, but you can always uninstall what you are not using.

TV is good, UI is awful – I previously had a 55” Hisense with Roku built in and it was great. I use Roku on all of my TVs and find it to be the best UI. I decided since I haven’t used anything else in years (previously used the Samsung OS on their TVs, fireOS and Google all of which were slow and terrible) I would give android a try. It’s awful. It’s slow and moreover just plain does not work at times. I use a lot of Plex and trying to rewind with this OS is maddening. I hit back once to rewind 10s and instead it thrusts me ahead to some random point then I’ll move the slider to get back to where I was and it will take me back some random amount or maybe even forward.

The edge of the screen appears to be surrounded by a black line or blob (shown in picture). Overall, while the TV may be fine for short-term use, if you’re looking for something that will last longer than a year, I would recommend looking at other options.

Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! – I was disappointed when my new TV screen became skewed. It was flashing so vividly on any channel. While it was fully covered, after a repair guy came and could not fix it. The picture /screen quality was poor. Only after seven months since purchase. I must give 10+ to customer service though. While it could not be fixed a full refund was issued. Great customer service and support.
