Received TV with faulty adhesive UPDATE: Hisense followed up with me and totally fixed the issue! – UPDATE 07/07/2020: While the below statement is all still true, Hisense showed that they really do care about their customers. I had an upper level manager type contact me directly, he explained that they were sorry they misdiagnosed my issue, said it’s not something they’ve seen before so it threw them off. After apologizing this man aided me in getting a perfectly functioning Hisense H9G to replace the broken one I was sent! It may have started off rocky, but you’ve got to love a company who can admit their mistakes and address real issues, because they do happen. I upgraded my rating to reflect my experience. Buy this TV if you see that it’s available, it’s a great deal for all the features, and now I can confidently say that in the odd circumstance that something isn’t right with it, this company’s support will help you.
