no headphone jack – i love the looks of this tv and it would be perfect however the headphone jack pictured does not work. it says “service only” it’s a shame that tvs have fewer and fewer options built in. i do not understand this. i am just writing this review because i read one that said it did have a headphone jack. so that is why i chose this tv, other than that it is great. the remote however is not white, and another review i read said it was white. hope this helps someone.

Works great with a Roku with great image quality. – Easy to setup just follow the manual. Did need to contact Netflix on why the Roku App for Netflix was not working. Found out that it is a security concern to see a new TV signin. Netflix customer care guided me to enter my Name and password etc…All is good now. The YouTubeTV app had the same issue for security. Did about the same procedure, follow the messages and use your computer to finish the setup. Prime Video was the easy one, just took a smart phone image from TV screen QR code provided and within seconds was good to go. Only the 3 paying apps needed the additional setup.

Basic and reliable – This is not a smart TV, but had so many issues with prior Smart TV, unable to consistently get it to come up in Live Cable TV/Satellite mode, so was looking for a simple TV that I can always add a FireStick to if needed.

Not great as a monitor – I tried to use these as wall mounted monitors in my office, but the picture quality was so bad for words and numbers that I was having severe eye strain and migraines. They might be okay as a TV, but since these came up when I searched monitor I wanted to make sure to mention I don’t recommend them for that use.
