Great Smart TV – This is a wonderful TV, Very easy to use. I purchased one about a year ago for my 90 year old Dad. He loves it. I also purchased a sound bar for it as the only thing I could find negative about it is sound is not as loud as it should be for a person that is hard of hearing. With the sound bar I find this is one of the best tvs we have ever purchased. We like it so much are buying another one for ourselves. Great product!

Malfunctioned after six weeks. – Owned the tv for six weeks. Product twice started with sound but, no picture. Now television lost all sound. Checked all the sound settings without any luck. Finally, I unplugged the set, and it did restore the sound. I will contact the manufacture because it is beyond the 30-day return window.

BUYER BEWARE – Just over the one year mark, this TV went black. After contacting LG they put me through the ringer to send all may purchase and product ID info explaining they would extend the warranty. This is a smart TV and should not die after 1 year?! They contacted me again from an offshore call center to say that they could not extend the warranty because of the TV size?! Beware that the repair will cost more than the TV purchase cost. In my opinion this is cheating the consumer and very unhappy – and compelled to let others know what happened with this product. Waiting to hear back from a supervisor, which they also make very difficult – hours on hold.

I was sold a refurbished item that did not match image. False advertising. – I was sold a refurbished item that did not match the image on the website. no legs, no remote, and ugly brackets attached to the back. False advertising. This needs to be returned asap.
