      AI features could use work – The picture and sound quality have an AI feature. Sometimes it won’t kick in at all, and sometimes it will stop working in the middle of the show or movie which leaves the picture extremely blurred and pixelated. When it does work, it’s very crisp and detailed. Seems as if the people on screen are right there in front of you. The sound quality is great too, again when the AI works. It’s easy to get rid of the black bars on movies and shows within the settings. The magic remote is great to use. Only issue with it so far is not being able to scroll sometimes. I haven’t used alexa or Google features yet. Gaming on Xbox was beautiful and smooth. Just remember to go into settings to update the refresh rate to 120 as mine was set to 60 out of box. There’s a lot of settings and features to mess around with. Overall, I love it. Just hope AI is updated soon.

The price for OLED back in 2019 was cost prohibitive so now prices have come down and quality up so I bought the LG. While smaller the picture, and sound quality, make up the difference. I’m fact we did away with the Polk sound bar because the sound of the LG is AWESOME.
