Great picture, great size, great function great TV! – I’ve had this TV about a week and it works perfect. It arrived much sooner than expected and was delivered right into my garage by straight truck delivery in perfect condition. This thing is massive, has great picture quality and the 120hz refesh rate is a very noticeable improvement compared to my previous 60hz Vizio. It’s a heavy, sturdy and well made tv. The remote seems on the cheaper side but works fine. The smart features are adequate, fast and what I expected any new smart tv to have. I paid $1000 for it and it’s worth every Penny. If any problems occur or my opinion changes in the next couple years I will update this review accordingly. Enjoy because I know I will!!

However, there are few things, which can be BIG turn off for those who really expecting perfect TV with this size. You got what you paid for. Again, this is LED-UHD TV, Not QNED or OLED. The picture shown is how my TV arrived. After talking with customer service the best they can do for me is a refund AFTER I have to repackage this enormous TV. This TV takes at least 2 people to move and they cant even get me a replacement. I have to send this back which is 5 days away from their earliest pickup, then it will take ANOTHER 7 business days to receive me refund. This is what you would except from a large corporation that literally cares nothing about there customers. This will be my last purchase from Amazon and I will be sure to leave this review plastered anywhere that will accept it.
