Good purchase – I bought this because I am always losing my fire stick and it annoys the crap out of me. I purchased about 6 months again and have been using it about every day. I got this and put on the green glow in the dark version. I wanted it to glow bright but it does not glow too bright. In a pitch black and room you can definitely see it, but even when the tv is on the glow is not significant enough. That being said, the neon green and faint glow make it much easier to see. I say it does the job. Additionally, it is thin and durable with a nice texture, so you don’t need to worry about it being bulky. Would recommend unless you want a strong glow, in which case I am not sure is possible at this price point.

Buy for the color, not the glow – Don’t buy these if you really need them to glow for more than 5 minutes. I still gave it 4 stars since they fit perfectly on the Fire stick remote, seem to be good quality and keep the remote from sliding around and eventually ending up under the sofa. At said moment you wish the glow in the dark would work better, but the bright colors help in locating it. Save a couple of bucks and just order the non-glow-in-the-dark covers.

Little better – If you have a fire stick, you have almost definitely lost the remote before. The silicone case is nice because it doesn’t slide in between the couch cushions as often. It gives it more of a grip. I used one for my bedroom and one that glows in the dark for my living room. And it has worked out well. If I turn off the lights and I have it on top of something I can find it a glowing remote. That’s not normally helpful but it has worked a few times.

I wish I had found these sooner! – A month after losing my black fire stick for the hundredth time, I found these little covers! So far, so good! I haven’t lost the remote since then! They will glow in the dark for a short while. The colors are bold and beautiful, so you can’t miss where you laid your remote. And if all else fails, there’s a handy-dandy wrist cord so you can carry it around with you. Lol

Good Quality – Excellent quality & value. It fits perfect, the silicone cover is not sticky and does not attract pet hair! Even after cleaning with disinfectant wipes it’s still smooth. I purchased a new Fire Stick 4K Max and wanted a new cover for it. I have regular 4K Fire Sticks and they all have Onebom covers too.

I would have preferred an open face design as the Fire Remote buttons are almost flush with the rest of the remote and it makes them a little more difficult to press with this case on. Also, changing batteries might end up being a hassle as the case has to be pulled off and put back on like a sock. With the case being made of grippy silicone/rubber, it wants to stick. Thankfully, it’s not something that I need to do often. The glow in the dark is more of a gimmick as it’s not that strong or long lasting. I do like the wrist strap and overall I can’t complain too much for the price.

Dog didn’t eat the remote! – Our dog has eaten two of our fire stick remotes. Since getting the silicone cover for it, she has no longer tried to chew on it. She has actually picked it up once and put it on the floor but that has been it. And it’s colorful so it’s easy to see. The only problem I have found is that the buttons on the remote don’t sit high enough. But I would say that’s more of a problem with the design of the remote. May have a hard time pushing the buttons but other than that I like it.
