Great buy – I tried all the original cords and could never get a picture. Google said there’s no comparability between the original console and new tvs so I’m glad I found this!! Of course the graphics aren’t good, I’m not sure what people were expecting but for what it is, it’s well worth it! Fired right up and I’ve been playing Tony Hawk Underground ever since!! Great buy!

It doesn’t make it perfect but it makes it better – Still horrible graphics but that’s what you get with the PS2 especially on newer non CRT televisions. It works fine except every time I power the PS2 up I have to flip it from 4:3 to 16:9 and back to get the sound to work. Other than that little annoyance it works great

Works great on both PS2 fat and slim consoles – This thing works great on modern tvs. I don’t have any old flat screens or CRTs with RGA or component hookups any more so I needed this to use my PS2. I tested it on both my original PS2 and my slim and works perfectly on both. Audio is incredibly crisp and full, honestly better than I remember, and the picture is… pretty good for not being a CRT. These games were never intended to be played on a modern LCD/LED 4K display, so things look a little more grainy and muddy than you may remember. I have a few suggestions though:
