quality for price – Good picture. Some times the sound does not come on. Usually I shut it off, wait awhile & then it comes on. Today, Aug. 22,2022, I could not get the sound on any station I tried. I switched from Spectrum, to antenna, then to Roku to no avail. I called RCA at 9:30 am. they were to call me back. As of 2:15 I have not received a call. For the remote, it doesn’t want to always switch channels. I wish I had reviews more thoroughly.

Beautiful picture – Amazon set it up for me and all I had to do was attach the cable and hdmi connection. I loved how easily I could link it to my other Roku TV. Everything I had on the first TV popped up on this one. I only needed to sign into Roku to get it going. The picture is clear and beautiful. It’s also a very nice size, not big in our dmall guest room. I’m very pleased with the TV and Amazon’s setup.

Wall mountable but flimsy – If you like Roku TV its OK. Picture is OK. There are screws on the back to take TV mount screws- but the back of the TV is so flimsy and made of paper thin plastic, you bend and twist the TV if you adjust it on a swing out mount. Very cheap construction. Sound quality is poor, but the 42” comes with a real 3.5mm headphone jack so its easy to plug into a sound bar or external speakers.

Sound is horrible – Had to buy longer screws for the TV mounting bracket on the back because the top two spots are deeper than normal. The main complaint is that even with the volume at 100 loudest it will go it barely sounds louder than it does at 36. I have tried using the sound settings to see if that is the issue. It is not. I am going to have to buy a soundbar for this TV. If you have a fan or any white noise you will have difficulty hearing it. If you are hard of hearing you better be a fan of subtitles because this will not go loud enough for you to hear. Picture quality is great and all other features of the TV are great. Love the fact that this will connect to a 5g wifi connection.
