Nice Little Antenna – This was nice little antenna and easy to assemble. It didn’t work with my t.v.

It is what it is – I bought this antenna to add to a T.V in my living room that did not have a cable line. This did pull in channels from about 40 miles. The Antenna dipoles were not as long as I expected, I think they could have made them a bit longer. I would say if you live right in the city then this may be a good purchase, if you live outside of town try an amplified antenna.

Not as big as my other RCA rabbit ears – I got this antenna to use with my old tube TV, using an analog to digital adapter. The TV was almost brand new when they announced the change over to all digital. I have a similar setup on another tube TV with adapter and an RCA rabbit ears antenna. The older antenna has longer “ears” but the picture quality seems to be the same. I’ve used rabbit ear antennas on digital 1080i TVs and they get a great picture, but I live in a city, close to the TV station broadcast towers.

So Much better than that flat one – I actually had to use a step ladder to position the flat type antenna. I’ve gone from wall to window to floor in order to get a good signal. With this RCA rabbit antenna I just had to find one spot where most signals come in, then move the Dipoles and Loop to get other hard-to-get stations. It works great for me.

AWESOME – I bought this as a decorative item only. I set the antenna on top of an old, non-working TV to enhance its 1950s look. NAILED IT!! I can’t speak to the actual function of the antenna but I can say that it really brings me back. And the quality appears to be very good.
