Completely Worthless – Upon opening I knew I had made a mistake by purchasing this item. I made the error of ordering a knock off product and that is exactly what it is. It felt cheap, it was difficult to open the battery compartment, difficult to insert and remove batteries. I tried following the directions to pair with my firestick and it asks you to use the old remote. The old remote doesn’t work hence the reason I purchase a replacement remote. The indicator light would turn amber and blink but never paired with the firestick. I immediately repackaged and returned.
