Good picture and very lightweight. But it would not stay powered off. – I had this installed on the wall bracket in the exercise room and was watching a show while finishing up the installation. It is very light and seems well built cosmetically. Problem was when I used the remote to shut it off, it did go off, no audio or picture. Then 3 seconds later it came right back on again… spooky I know. So I shut it down again, it went off and right back on again. looking around to see if my wife had the smart remote from upstairs from the Samsung big screen playing games with my psyche, not to be found. So I boxed it up, sent Amazon a return request, they sent UPS the next day and I had the replacement in 2 days no charge for anything. This TV shuts off and is a welcome addition to the man cave and the exercise room. Note, this TV has a 19 volt DC power converter similar to your laptop charger. It is not a 120VAC direct power cord to the TV from the wall. The power supply sits on the floor and a cord to the TV. 5 stars for the replacement TV

Nice Value Set for Spare Room! – Overall, this is a nice value TV for a spare bedroom installation. This TV replaced a 32″ Samsung LCD television that we purchased in 2006 so given the longevity of that set, I was confident in purchasing another Samsung. It’s incredible how light weight this television is compared to the 9 year old model that it replaced.

“High Quality”, until this happened… – UPDATE 8/23/19: Purchased item on 12/2018 and it DIED on 8/2019!!!!!!!!!!! The picture went black and then the sound went quiet. The red light “power button” flashes, when trying to turn on, as it should be a solid color – when working correctly! **********Read up and found Samsungs’ “Capacitors” are faulty; even after a lawsuit, they never changed the parts being used, apparently.********** The Samsung warranty expires after 1 year, from purchase. There goes $200.00 out the window!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Com on, a TV should last longer than 1 1/2 years……………………………..

The “legs” are ridiculous! – The picture quality is very good, the sound is not, even on its highest level, can barely hear it. But the “legs”, oh, my…..I nearly sent it back over that. The center support on my old one was very sturdy and stout. This one allows the TV to wobble back and forth. I am constantly straightening the screen so It won’t be leaning forward or backward. Whoever designed and recommended this change needs to go back to school. Not an improvement but probably made it cheaper to manufacture!! Hope enough people complain and they will go back to the old style and also improve the level of sound.

A great TV for an amazing price – I purchased this to replace an older Philips LCD TV of the same size; after going on 8 years it finally died. The first time I ordered this it arrived with a cracked screen, which I’m suspecting was due to the packaging on Amazon’s end (or lack there of). The replacement arrived in perfect condition though and it’s extremely user-friendly and easy to set up. It only has 2 HDMI ports, but since this a second TV that I use in my bedroom, it works fine for me. I don’t have cable in my bedroom and the two HDMI ports work perfectly for my Roku and DVD player.
