Great Picture – I love the great picture. We are having a little trouble adjusting the sound but we have only had the TV for 1 day. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.

Important Info not included in product description – Very crisp picture. Easy to put together and start set up. That is where the “ease” ends. Set up is reminiscent of computer set up. Kept prompting us to enter personal info as though we were going to use it to prepare a school presentation. IT is JUST A TV! It is very involved. Product description also leaves out fact the remote control requires USB C-type cable to charge (NOT INCLUDED in PACKAGE) (but you can also “solar charge” the remote to lengthen the time between cable charging). BIZARRE. Also, as previous reviewer mentioned, turning volume up and down is not intuitive. We still haven’t figured it out. Maybe there is a menu. We haven’t taken the time to look for that yet. There are instructions on how to remove the TV from the box, but none on the operation of the TV or remote other than basic set up and mentioning we need an un-included cable to charge the remote. The remote does work out of the box to turn TV on, but we were afraid to use it too much before the additional cable we had to order to charge it arrives. (We are currently using our Samsung DVD player remote to operate the TV and adjust the volume. It works great, so if you have a second compatible device, you’ll be fine.
