The triangle on the screen is on the removable film. – All the people complaining about a common upside down triangle pixel defect are not removing the plastic film covering the screen. The triangle is on the film. Not great on samsungs part, it has probably caused quite a few returns for no good reason.

Nice Samsung Television at a Fair Price – This is my second Samsung television and Samsung still delivers. My first one was a 55″ and lasted a little over 12 years of constant usage. Went with the 65″ this time and I am not disappointed and also glad I didn’t go 75″ in my 14′ x 24′ family room. I saw questions about removing a protective film from the screen. Yes, I had a tab that had to be pulled and the film needed to be removed. I also noticed after a few weeks, in the right light, there was a smeary, cloudy, film on the screen. With some good screen cleaner and a microfiber rag, it all came off nicely and I believe it helped the picture to be even sharper.

Great Picture and (Mostly) Easy Set-up – Bought this TV from a local store, first one had two lines (1 vertical, 1 horizontal), second one is perfect! The set-up was mostly easy…started with using the SmartThings app on my cell phone and on both TVs it got to a certain point and the app seem to freeze and stopped communicating with the TV, switched to the manual set-up to finish things up, everything I had done with my phone and app was saved on the TV and I was able to just click through a bunch of steps and then finish.

This tv does not support 120hz refresh as advertised – I purchased as a gift specifically for ps5 and the model says it supports but Samsung has confirmed I cannot utilize this feature on the tv that was delivered. I only got the ps5 today and the tv ran out of the return window yesterday.
