I am a Sony fan – I don’t like the box damaged and it was expensive item and left her in the heat

Impossible to install camera once tv hung on wall – Sony designed the USB and HDMI ports on this tv with no regard for the customer. The HDMI 1 and USB 1 ports are left facing, but completely obscured and inaccessible once the back trim pieces are installed. (My installer put the cover plate on.) The downward facing remaining HDMI ports and USB 2 are very difficult at best to find, let alone insert cabling once tv hung. I will have to have the installer come back, remove tv from wall, and remove trim panel to access USB1 to use camera. Insane for a plug and play device! This camera was not available from Sony when I purchased the tv.

Finally a camera that works with my tv for Google duo video calls. – I have a Sony – 85″ BRAVIA XR X90K and this camera works flawlessly. I’m not sure why other people complain the install, it’s straight forward. My tv recognized it from the jump and I was making my first video call. The person on the other end told me I was crystal clear. I tried so many other web cams costing $300+ and they were always blurry. I mainly purchased this camera for video calls and could careless about the other features.

The Bravia Cam is an Optical Sensor not a Video Call Cam – Contrary to obscure marketing data, the Bravia Cam is not a Video Conference Call device because it lacks a zoom and auto focus features.
