      tv – it goes off on its own have trouble getting my stations to come in went it said my internet is excellent. i will not get this tv again and return it but it is better than nothing

      Good value – The TV was shipped ahead of schedule. Didn’t come with a power cord and I experienced the remote control issue previous reviewers wrote about. I contacted the company (their website was not available) by phone and they did an excellent job of replacing the remote and sending me a power cord. The TV has a great picture. This is my first smart TV so I don’t have anything to compare it to but it seems easy to navigate. Overall I’m happy with the TV and the customer service. The company should test the remotes before sending them out though. It seems to be an ongoing issue. Otherwise everything is great and I’m happy with my new “smart” TV.
