Will not last more than a few years. – I bought two of these through Black Friday two years ago. Both of the TV’s stopped working within 30 days of each other. The screens just go black. So, the hardware for the picture is really bad. And, given it went out in just two years on both pretty much sets the standard. And, no support for the extended warranty.

Must have internet to set up but good TV – First off it can not be set up without internet. I had to use hotspot on phone just to set it up so I could watch. For the same reason I could not connect to my local network. The TV detects it but will not use it because of no internet. So you cannot mirror without internet either for the most part, if you want it to stay connected . I have to use my bluray to cast to tv. I use over the air antenna for tv and it works great for that. Beautiful picture. I really do not like roku remotes but can get used to that. To cable audio out you have to use headphone jack. The sound is better on the wall than table because of where the speakers are mounted. Only three HDMI ports.It has good wifi range…sometimes connects to neighbors wifi across the street and down one. I had absolutely no problems with shipper. It took a week but they called the day before to make sure someone would be home and called half an hour before showing up. There was a little damage to box. So, if you have internet and only use HDMI devices you will love this for the price. It has only one USB port. You can either use it as a media player or to be able to pause,fast forward or rewind over the air tv. This shows that tv could actually have a built in DVR some day. Overall it was a good deal for the price.

Like new, well packed and everything as described – Like new, well packed and everything as described. Wish I had known such a bulky item required Pilot and another shipping carrier. After paying for 2 day shipping and waiting 5 days. Other than that A+ Thanks. Would buy from again.

Excellent – Like this bargain, came in looking like new. Setup was very simple and image outstanding.. Warranty is just for 90 days as refurbished, but nothing is indicating it won’t last years. I can’t ask more for 55″‘ TV for less than $300. Very happy.

PREVIOUS RATING CORRECTION. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY – It appears that I may have given a wrong rating mostly because I did not find the Remote, stands and Power cord which was tapped firmly to the packaging box. I went and looked again after the response from seller and was able to find it. the TV works just perfectly.

Does the trick – Have a lot of reboot issues, freezing up, shutting down. But overall, it has done the job needed. I have gotten good use out of it. Had it over 2 yrs now . So it has paid for itself .

Not 55’ only 49’ with trim included in measurement – I bought 4 of these tvs 2 yrs ago. Was looking to get another one just in a lager size and while measuring the TCL 55’ Tv it only measured 49’ and that was including the trim and screen. I am soo upset as I feel like it is very deceptive to list as 55’ maybe if you measured it in the box it might be. I had 42’ TVs at first and they were smaller I guess that’s why I never even thought to measure the 55’’. TV screen also goes green at times. Sometimes you can unplug it and wait and it might come back on but otherwise it might be a day or so. I must of gotten a bad one but return window has closed
