Be aware these stands hold speakers up to 9.5″, not 10″ as claimed. – The maximum inner width of the holding brackets is 9.5″, not 10″, so if you have 10″ speakers they will not fit (for example the Yamaha HS8 at 9.84″ did not fit). They comfortably fit the HS7 at 8.3″, but not the HS8.

Great speaker stands – These have been great so far. Pretty easy to assemble and the speakers are generally easy to install. (Probably best to measure speaker width first and set the width on the holders and then make minor adjustments after the speakers are in.) My only gripe is that they can seem wobbly at times which is less than ideal when you have big bookshelf speakers on them.

Slightly wobbly on carpet but still love them – Love these stands. I’ve filled them out almost to their spec’d maximum: Klipsch RP-160m’s and they’ve held up pretty well. I will say that with speakers that heavy, the stands are a little unstable on carpet so I put squares of wood under the stand to balance them out. That’s the only downside I’ve had. One of the middle joint pieces wore out causing one of the stands to tilt. I contacted support and they me an entirely new pair of stands. Loved that. Great to see good support. These are now used outside on our patio for small get-togethers and they work really well.

These DO NOT support 10 inch wide speakers or my JBL 308p – I purchased these to hold my JBL 308p’s and despite the product page saying that it can support 10 inch wide speakers, these, or atleast mine, only go to 9.5 inches wide. Meaning, I have to take off one of the sides. The speaker is still on the stand enough that its not going to fall off, it just stinks that I had to do that.
