Exceeds Expectations – My Microsoft Surface Pro only has one USB port and no LAN connection. Purchased this so I could use an ethernet cable and have multiple accessories connected to my device. All I had to do was plug and play. It runs a mouse, camera, and ethernet flawlessly. Very satisfied with this product.

Replacement of Ethernet adapter – This product worked great for two years and a few weeks ago for some reason it quit connecting at a Gigabyte on my network. I contacted the company that sold this because these have a three year warranty. They were very responsive and sent a new one immediately. the only reason I gave 4 stars was that the old one stopped connecting at a gigabyte it would get 5 stars if it weren’t for that. They say wear and tear but it wasn’t used that much it appears to be an internal failure the pins look good that would be the first place I would look. I then tried it on a second computer and reload the driver that was all I could do for a problem like this, but they made it right without a hassle so kudos for great customer service. This has been a good product in a world that’s getting rid of USB ports on computers. The new one works great I can now do large file transfers much faster again.
