Works Great. Great Value. – I’ve hung a few TVs. This mount is easy to use, works great, and it’s a great price compared to others that are double the cost. The mounting directions are easy to follow and include more than enough parts and hardware. Save the money. Mount it yourself. It’s easy.

No washers for largest bolt – The Mount system works perfectly and seems very well made. The only confusing part was one step said to use washers to Mount the bracket to the tv with the two smaller bolt sizes, however there wasn’t a washer for the largest size. I figured it wasn’t needed, and everything went together perfectly.

Do not drill your pilot holes with a 3/8 bit. The lag bolts are 5/16. – The range of motion and all together installation wasn’t too bad. The instructions tell you to drill pilot holes with 3/8 bit but the lag bolts they send are 5/16. So your pilot holes end up being way too large and it will not hold. It was a real bummer to have to drill new smaller pilot holes and have four large holes for no reason what so ever in my walls.

This USX mount allowed us to mount the tv to the wall where we wanted it, using the studs where they were originally built.

Wall mount for ‘heavy’ older 37″ monitor – Easy to install into studs. I measured the height above our piano, marked the wall studs with a stud finder and bolted the base to the wall. Then mounted the standard bracket to the TV. Several friends and family suggested that I give away the old LG TV and replace it with a lighter version. However this one has good speakers (and there’s not much room for new speakers or a sound bar.)
