Its a smart TV full 2080 a little slow to get the selected movie or listing – good picture run’s well as a second monitor just slow on selecting what I select My first smart TV navigating the menu is clumsy and slow compared to same on a PC

Not Quite As New – This was described as renewed. Meaning it should have come with everything as if it had been purchased as a new product. I’ve purchased other Vizio products new, and they came with batteries for the remote. The biggest problem with this was it did not come with screws to put the ‘feet’ on the tv. I managed to find some screws that fit but the holes were stripped. I was able to put larger screws in and force them to tighten. The tv itself works perfectly and is very clear. I would recommend this as long as you don’t mind finding items that should have come with the tv.

Buy a monitor – I seriously goofed in buying this. Wifi connectivity is poor, so I placed a wifi router 12 inches from the TV, with just occasional dropouts now. I can’t figure out how to cast from my phone via Chromecast built-in (I have no problems with 2 other TVs). Is chromecast built in just a dumbed-down version? Online support really says to keep trying to connect, which isn’t helpful. You can’t download apps (i had assumed so since it seems to be a basic feature) so I can’t watch my favorite app while on a treadmill (the whole purpose of my purchase). I guess I’ll just buy a fire stick, roku, or chromecast so I have something useful.

Superb picture quality. – Love the variety of apps available, picture quality rivals that of the big screen TV’s. Easy set up. Would have preferred front facing speakers, but you could always use a small sound bar or maybe computer speakers? I would definitely purchase again.

Lesson learned buy brand NEW only latest model – 1 star: I bought this smart tv a few days ago. I was excited to update my room tv with something more modern and to expand my school work as a external monitor. This fit all the boxes except for upon turning it on for setup, it doesn’t pass the “download updates” screen followed by “automatic restart”. After several cycles hoping it would turn on I had no luck and the Renewed reference started to haunt me. I am disappointed and if you get one beware!
