WORKING GOOD ON WINDOWS 7 MACHINE – Have a perfectly good Windows 7 based laptop but the WI-fi card inside is toast. Didn’t want to take it apart and put a new one in (lazy). Got this little plug in fan-dangle instead. Installed it last night…..

Great Customer Service – When I first bought this WiFi adapter, it stopped working after about 10 months. But there were warning signs before, where I’d have to unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in to make it work. Then I reached out to Nineplus (onebigvip@qq.com), and they sent me a replacement within a few days. I was a bit surprised how quickly they replied to me, since I’ve read other reviews that they’re difficult to get a hold of. But it was zero hassle to get the replacement (it has to be done within 2 years of purchase). It’s now been about 6 months with the new adapter, and it’s been working great so far! I haven’t had to unplug/plug it once. I’ll see if it lasts over a year, but I think I just had a dud the first time.

Should have been packaged better – This product was delivered via UPS and was in a poly bag with no other form of protection, I was a little bit surprised to notice there was a CD for driver installation – it was cracked and was not easily read by the computer. It was a sealed package so I assume it was broken in transport.

Antennas are loose and will not stay upright. – Not a huge issue, just frustrating. Not comfortable tightning any more than I have for fear of breaking it.

Good device. – This is a good device. East install with the provided driver on a mini CD. It works well for my purposes. We use it on an old laptop for zoom call meetings. Normal resolution. Nothing fancy. No perceptible lag.
