The voice feature is one of the few practical uses I’ve found for voice controls and it’s much easier to say “HBO” or “Game of Thrones” than to try to find/memorize the channel numbers or do a search.

Comcast corrected the problem for me – The remote will not shut off the TV most of the time. When I use the button to shut it off many times it will lower the volume but not shut off. Then I have to reboot the system and use another remote to shut the TV off.
