Great Customer Service and Good TV – I have the 32 inch on my boat and just put the 28 inch in my motorhome. When we hooked up the 28 inch it was acting funny, on off and running constantly thru the set up. I called the company. It is such a pleasure to talk to a company that truly cares about their customer. The person I spoke to was Chris.

Happy but not happy – Make sure you order the power brick if you don’t want to hook it up to a spare battery. Good sound great picture . Down fall doesn’t get as many channels on antenna as my 15 yr old standard TV set. If I didn’t already have it installed and power brick on way I would return it and get a regular TV set. This will be nice when I boondock .

What happened to customer support and folks standing by there products. I question what the warranty is worth if the TV quits. What good is the warranty if you can’t get in contact with the company?

Expensive but nice picture and really good features – This replaced an old Vizio 26 inch unit that was retrofitted into the 4:3 CRT box in my RV. I installed along with a 20 inch Vizio sound bar and sub. The picture is amazing and picked up OTA channels on my winegard rooftop antenna with no problems. It’s quite expensive (minus one star) for a 28″ 720p panel in a world of 4K smart TVs but, you won’t miss 1080 on a 28 inch. The image quality is clear and bright. The unit is a feather weight too. It runs on the native 12v of the house system so I used the inverter outlet for my sound bar.

Expensive but nice picture and really good features – This replaced an old Vizio 26 inch unit that was retrofitted into the 4:3 CRT box in my RV. I installed along with a 20 inch Vizio sound bar and sub. The picture is amazing and picked up OTA channels on my winegard rooftop antenna with no problems. It’s quite expensive (minus one star) for a 28″ 720p panel in a world of 4K smart TVs but, you won’t miss 1080 on a 28 inch. The image quality is clear and bright. The unit is a feather weight too.
