Good value, seller could be better – Excellent product and value for money. However after buying and mounting the same seller (Best Buy) lowered the price $10 within same week on amazon. I contacted them asking if they would honour the lower price as it was actually lowered before my TV even arrived. They told me no i would need to ship back and buy again. Pick up a TV, ship it back, order new and ship it out all over $10. I commented that this seems like it was more expensive for the company but it didn’t matter. I kept the TV as i was not taking it off the wall over $10

I previously had a Samsung 50″ Crystal UHD and was very happy with that one, but it broke and the price was just out of my budget this time. So, I found this TV and it has went above and beyond my expectations. Overall, the quality is not perfect, but it is pretty good considering the price and the smart features are very nice. Very good TV – This is the second Insignia TV I’ve purchased in the past year. The first was a year ago when I purchased a 65″ and recently I purchased a 43″ TV. The 65″ is great for the price. No issues. Set up was quick and easy. Once connected to the Internet, the TV will go though an update process. It comes with several popular Apps, but you can download others too. I use it via Wi-Fi (no cables). I purchased both on Amazon and picked up at Best Buy. The 43″ did have an issue initially connecting with the remote, but eventually worked. Then after a day of use, the Wi-Fi would not turn on (I never turned it off). I unplugged the TV, no change. Did a factory reset, no change. So I returned it on Day-2 and got the exact same unit via Amazon/Best Buy. The process was smooth. The second 43″ TV has been working fine for a week now. I would have given this a 5 Star rating except for the fact the the first 43″ TV’s Wi-Fi and connection to the remote failed.

Everything inside was package nicely and the instructions where easy to read and very simple and to the point. They were at 77 percent upon opening the box so that was nice.
