Not as powerful as some less expensive alternatives – This antenna is of good quality and easy to install and set up. The LED indicators for signal strength was not as useful as I thought. It measures the overall signal, which may be strong, but I found the same few channels had the same lower quality signal as with my previous antenna. Even moving the antenna in different spots gave similar results. But is does help in finding a good location for placement.

only gets 1/2 signal mounted on a wall – I live in a mobile home with the Terra Ceia Bay as my yard. The antenna will only get 1/2 of its available signal strength if I mount it on the wall. I had to place it on the window pane on that same wall to get full strength. It looks ugly placed there plus the sticky tabs will not hold it on to the glass. I wish I could move it 3 feet & mount it on the actual wall.

Wish the antenna were larger to improve reception – I did a descent amount of research on flat antennas for over-the-air reception. Signal is weak in my area, so I knew I wanted an amplified antenna, and I prefer to have a removable coax to be able to swap in a shorter cable. I ended up with two antenna: This Amazon posting Mohu Leaf Ultimate V3 and a Terk Amplified Ultrathin XL. In short, the Terk’s larger size gave noticeably better reception on my poorest reception channel, which happens to be USA world cup channel. Mohu had 2-3 gliches per minute while Terk had only one catch in the first half of the game.
