Holds It All Up – Easy to put together, but I’d recommend having two people to mount the TV. Do able with one. Easier with two for sure. We went from a 55 in tv and upgraded to a 65. Supper easy to unscrew the brackets holding the TV and readjust them to fit the new TV. Definitely a great feature I don’t have to buy a different one for every new TV. But I will but more for all of our rooms with tv’s

Bought it for a 55’’ TCL and I needed the smallest spacer it has. Easy to install, three thick mounting screws into the stud, screw on that back plate, secure it in and screw down the last two bolts and you’re done!

Amazing Customer Service – This wall mount was purchased in January of 2021. I hadn’t had the chance to open it until recently because the room I intended on using it in wasn’t completed until now. When I attempted to install the back plate onto the back of the tv, I couldn’t get the screws in because the holes for the screws were stripped. I reached out to the company addressing the issue with the product, totally expecting them to tell me to kick rocks because of the length of time, but I was blown away when they happily offered to send me a new plate and screws without hesitation. They even shipped it express, 1-3 business day shipping. The customer service I experienced was top notch.
