Needed a new remote – We broke our remote. This one works perfectly and was inexpensive and came quickly. We don’t use voice recognition but I have no reason to believe it wouldn’t work perfectly.

Exact the same as the remote that came with our TV – We lost our remote I ordered this one then we found our original remote and they are exactly the same, so whoever is writing reviews saying it’s not the same, I assure you at least the one I got is absolutely indistinguishable from the original.

Works but not new. – The remote works as it should and looks just like the original that came with my TV. However it was used. It came in a plastic bag with scuffs, scratches, nicks on it. I have no problem buying used items but it was listed as new.
