Sturdy and supplied with good hardware – For the price I’m impressed with how sturdy and decent quality fasteners are in the package. Supplied with good instructions, hole positions on brackets along with bolts for the common sizes were of good quality. Nothing to complain about and a great deal for the price ($17)

nice but not great for a smaller tv – also check your stud distance – very sturdy. i have a smaller tv i wanted to mount – like 29″ way over the 23″ they say. the metal brackets show over the top of the tv and the loops show underneath the tv and i can’t find anywhere to tuck them out of sight. but it is solid metal and pretty sturdy. just need to adjust the design

Good when is lees than 400mm – Vesa pattern is the name the of the standard holes that every modern tv (or even monitors) have in the back is measured in millimeters. The standard form to say is “Vesa horizontalxVertical” for example vesa 400×300 means that the space between the holes are 400 horizontally and 300 vertically. Most tv have the vesa pattern in the spec sheets but you can measure yourself.

Pay attention to stud width – Overall this wall mount was as easy to install as any other on the market. However, I did not realize the stud width was 16″ only when I ordered and the holes on the outer edges BARELY accommodate this. I didn’t remove the star for that as that was my fault for not understanding when ordering, but that lack of width did make the mounted plate feel flimsy in comparison (yes, it is properly anchored in the stud). The wider mount plates do run the risk of being more visible but that wider footprint also means the plate spreads the force over the entire drywall better. Overall the unit is fine and functioned as expected but I would not repurchase this item for another TV mount.

If that’s all you need and your tv is under it’s recommended size I don’t see why you need to spend more.
