… 40 inch TV this morning and has been running good all day – I just got my Proscan 40 inch TV this morning and has been running good all day, I ordered it non Nov 9th it was shipped the same day so it took 7 days to get here and I consider myself lucky. I read the reviews and was a little apprehensive about ordering it but feel just fine now for those whom need the Direct TV handset code for it is ( 13577 ) it works fine, it has a better picture than the Vizo of the same size and the sound is fine I have a sound bar and with that the sound is good.

This TV only accepts input!!! – Wish I’d never bought the damn thing! It only accepts line in, and (aside from a digital sound out for surround sound) HAS NO OUTPUT. Despite the fact that it is not a “smart” tv, the touted connections list on their product description DOES NOT MENTION THAT IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A GLORIFIED VIDEO SCREEN WITH A DIGITAL TUNER! Borders on false advertising. THE USER MANUAL IS WORTHLESS AND CONTAINS NOTHING BEYOND WHAT ANY FIRST GRADER CAN DEDUCE FROM LOOKING AT THE BACK OF THE TV SET! Cannot connect any recording device to record, or send a signal from the tv to even my laptop!
