Good replacement – Got this to replace the power cord for my Fire tablet HD8 5th generation (from 2015?). The original cord was getting wiggly at the port in the Fire tablet and it was getting harder and harder to get it to charge, so that’s when I found this, great option and very affordable. Plus, you get 2!

The material of the cable itself is not what you’d expect, but is really good! – I actually bought this product for the color. I happen to love light blue and this is what (initially) attracted me. However it was not long after reading the reviews and seeing what others had to say that I quickly made my decision to purchase. I was very pleasantly surprised at the nice packaging although I am aware one can be fooled with packaging. Just because something comes in a nice box does not mean the product itself is worth it. Not in this case! The product inside is wonderful quality, works great, is durable and (so far) has been a product I have been extremely satisfied with. I say “so far” as I have only used them for one week. I did take them on a recent trip and they traveled well too. The one thing I would want to point out is the cable itself. I did not expect it to be made of the mesh-like “wirey” material. I was expecting the covered cable I have become used to seeing. At first this was a turn-off to me but I changed my mind after using it. This wirey cable is waaaay more durable than the covered cabling I was used to. After all it’s because of that covered cabling continually wearing out and peeling away at the connection that I needed to buy new cables in the first place! So bottom line this is an excellent product – only to be outdone by the customer service. I have been contacted already twice to see if I am happy with the product. That’s pretty amazing. Most companies don’t care if you’re happy once they make a sale. Not Rampow, they’re awesome!

My Samsung Galaxy S7 shows that it’s quick-charging – These are very nice cables. They work perfectly with adaptive fast charging (Qualcomm 2.0). My Samsung Galaxy S7 shows that it’s quick-charging, and the time left indicates it’s going at full speed. It appears to step-down the charge rate with cheap or long cables, whether fast or regular charging. You can tell by trying different cables in the same charger, and you’ll get different numbers for the time remaining. Really cheap cables won’t do fast charging at all. Anyway, these are very good quality. They’re 3.3′ in length, which is optimal for charging and syncing. They’ve got a nice braided cord, decent thickness, kind of stiff, so it tends to hold its shape, which is nice if you like it to stay in the same place, which I do.

Good Cables – Cables came exactly as described. These are well made, charge phones, tablets, just like OEM. I keep spare everything since, excuse the pun, I’m the cable guy for the family. So if you need Micro USB, these are a good deal. Just always remember, when disconnecting pull from the plug, not the cord.

good chargers for the price – I needed 3ft chargers to use on kindles. These fit the bill as they are the right length, a color we don’t already own and a good price. We are a family that goes thru a lot of chargers, as we do not treat them well. We also use various lengths depending on where the devices will be used in relation to our outlets. As young children also use these we like to have different colors for different lengths and for different types. (red for 10 ft, silver for 6 ft, etc) so we can specify a color for them to get. These are still pretty new, so far work well and a good value.
