Delivery was heavenly! Passed to us at the back door!! – This television was ordered to replace my older tv that had fallen part way from the dresser. Half the picture was ruined.

TV arrived undamaged but driver would not knock on door or do anything to let me know he was there even though my signature was required. Door was open and light on. Left door tag on second drive-by that said failure to get signature on 3rd try would result in package being returned to seller or left for pickup at a FedEx facility. My complaints to FedEx and the seller via Amazon resulted in delivery but he didn’t take the door tag with my signature! I’m in a good neighborhood with no Halloween decorations out at that time. My home isn’t spooky. Crazy. Go UPS.
