Frequently disconnects from Firestick – This is my second attempt at purchasing this exact product. (It was purchased as an additional – not a replacement remote.) The first attempt was a complete failure. It would not control the television or sounder AND it randomly disconnects from the Firestick. The second attempt is still a work in progress. It will not turn on television or sound bar, but it will turn them off and control the volume. The remote, also, disconnects from the system every time the product is turned off. The batteries have to be taken out and put back in to re-sync with the system. This is not an issue I have with the primary remote.
