      Beware this TV is NOT very SMART… – This TV only allows the apps that it has preinstalled. The internet function is for searching only, and you cannot download apps. I cannot install a VPN on it. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with Samsung Technical support, and they could not get even basic things like Hulu, Paramount, and HBO Max installed on the television. It is a $3,000 paperweight.

      Defective product shipped – Product shipped fast and without damage to the box. Once the TV was hooked up and configured, I noticed for purple circles, equal size, equally spaced, in the lower center area regardless of what input was used or what was playing on screen. It almost looked like burn in (I know these are not supposed to be capable of burn in). Samsung support recommended requesting a refund or replacement from Amazon. A replacement is shipping out now.

Family noticed the spots right away and asked me when they’re going away. Hard to watch movies like this. Watching Sports is better. Had to reset the tv when I connected a coax antenna. Firestick 4k max gets buggy when connected to this. Definitely not the smartest tv.

I decided to return and order a replacement and now this second tv has 2 small white lines going across the bottom. It only had one to being with but a second line has started to appear. I am going to return it for a second time and get a refund because I doubt 3rd time will be the charm. This TV seems extremely fragile and not worth the trouble. Highly recommend that NOBODY BUYS THIS TV.
