Worst experience ever with Amazon – Unboxed my TV, put it together and turned it on. No picture. Yes, that’s right, no picture. Called Samsung to troubleshoot it and was told the TV was defective and to ask Amazon for a replacement. Well, Amazon doesn’t replace items this expensive. I needed to return it first and get a refund, and then re-order it. The return was a nightmare process due to the item size as it required a special pick-up. And the refund isn’t processed until the item gets back to Amazon. Weeks and weeks are involved, I’m out thousands and will need to deal with the price change when I eventually am able to re-order the item (or another TV since I have my doubts about this one). Overall, a very, very poor customer experience. Obviously, I cannot recommend this TV because mine had no picture.

Called samsung tech support which was no support. Replaced th supplied cable wit a better cable. Still same thing. Drops out and no sound. It does work with no selecting e arc. Just use arc. But bought this as a samsung package. You would think they would have worked out all the bugs
