Expect to wait for this – First of all, this TV is spectacular, and everything I hoped it would be. Unlike most TVs, it actually improves the beauty of your space when you’re not using it. It looks like a real painting when you get the brightness set properly, and because of the UHD resolution, even the brushstrokes and mattes look realistic. I actually find the art so beautiful to look at in my living room (get the Art Store subscription, it’s totally worth it) that I’m turning on the TV out of boredom less and less. I sip coffee with a book, and every 10 minutes I look up to yet another gorgeous painting from the Tate Gallery in my living room. Highly recommend this to anyone interested in the feature.

Great tv but came with wrong mounting hardware – The mounting hardware kit that shipped with this was not the correct one for this tv model. We ended up having to purchase the correct one separately. Otherwise awesome tv.

Came Broken – We were so excited for this TV. When it got here, there were trim pieces and drywall chunks in the packaging… Thank goodness we didn’t mount it on the wall before testing it out because it didn’t work! The return process was straightforward, but so disappointing to get a “new” TV and not have it work. Usually we love Amazon warehouse, but this time, it definitely didn’t work out well… Ended up getting the same TV at Best Buy (we love it!)
