RETURNED HAVEN’T RECEIVED REFUND – update – TV internal speakers did not work. Serial number for warranty was already used. Try contacting customer service – that is a joke! Customer Service is the poorest ever! UPS Tracking shows TV was delivered 3 days ago – no refund! DO NOT BUY!

Great customer service – I received my Slvox tv, and it was pretty easy to set up. For some reason, it stopped working (No internet, etc.) a short time after receiving my tv. I contacted customer service, and they tried to diagnose the problem. When they found out, it was possibly a defect, they quickly shipped me another tv to replace my defected tv. My new tv is working just fine.

Solid – It is an expensive TV. The app are not good, they actually are terrible so do not expect to be able to use it like roku. You will need apple tv or the fire stick. The sound is tinny so connect an outdoor speaker, but the internal speaker is loud but tinny.

I immediately contacted the company directly (not Amazon) and received top quality care from Leeke.
