had 2 TV’s both damaged – I like the TV. THe I Order twice they both came damage. I tried to reorder but there was an increase in cost did not reorder. poor customer response

great tv – horrible sound quality – def need to purchase a sound bar – Was super excited to get this tv. it came broken but the seller immediately rectified it with ease so i was very impressed. The only issue with the tv would have to be the loudness and quality of the sound. you really have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear the tv. I will definately have to invest in a sound bar for outside. Now just have to find one for outside that doesn’t cost arm and a leg. HELP. but def a good tv.

Well built outdoor TV. – Picture quality is fantastic. TV was well thought out and setup was very easy. We use a Roku with this and the remote wouldn’t find the TV brand but it comes with a small remote that’s made for outside. The cabling to the TV is secured under a sealed metal panel. I have no complaints as of yet.

Awesome! – This was exactly what I was looking for outside by the hot tub. I used to just carry out a small 24 inch tv when there was a game or something I wanted to watch while I was sitting there and now there is no need to have to carry it back in every time. You will notice as soon as you pick up the package it is heavy duty. The surround of the TV is a very solid metal. I haven’t had a chance to use it in much sunlight but it seems like it will be plenty bright to see even with a good sunlight as long as it is under and eve or somewhere slightly shaded. The specs on it are pretty great as far as being able to withstand most temperatures which is huge where I live as the winters get quite cold and the summers pretty hot. One of if not the biggest reason to buy this TV is that they stand by their product. I had an issue and customer service was prompt and amazing. They took care of my problem immediately and I could not have been more impressed. I would highly recommend Sylvox to anyone!
