Very happy with this ROKU TV – Upgraded my old 55″ TCL TV and happy, happy, happy. I can watch this one easily without my glasses reading the movie descriptions which was bothersome on my little 55″. Now i want the 75″ although the wall I have it on would be too small for it. Decided against using the included legs because i have it on a narrow shelf so purchased a cheap but heavy center mount for it.

I’m very happy so far – This is my first TCL TV. I’ve always been a Samsung person but I have to say I really like this tv. I give it 5 stars for everything except one. Sometimes when I’m watching sports I can see motion blur, other then that this is a great tv. If there’s some way to get the motion blur to stop I will be a TCL TV man for now on so if there’s a way to make it stop I would really like for someone to tell me how to stop it.

Great TV for price – Nice TV, I’ve had it for about 2 months. The picture quality is great and colors seemed accurate to me out of the box. My only minor gripe is with the Roku operating system. It crashes and freezes the TV sometimes so that the remote and physical power button on the TV don’t work. It has been reliability fixed by unplugging and plugging in the TV power cord. Not ideal, but it doesn’t happen that often. Maybe an update will fix the issue?

Absolutely amazing TV at this price point – I replaced my old , much smaller, TCL ROku tv (5 years old), with this QLED tv. It was easy to setup as I’ve had a Roku TCL tv before and works great with my soundbar.

Best bang for your buck. – I already knew what I was getting when I purchased this TV. I’ve owned a TCL before. But never a QLED. This tv is right on the heels of Samsung and LG but for a fraction of the price. For this size class u cant beat the price for the kind of picture quality, technology & features that you get. Great value. Highly satisfied with this TV. Would definitely recommend and works well with my Sony sound bar. Oh and video games look amazing and play really well. Especially in game mode. 4 out of 5 stars.

Works great with my Geochron world calendar – I use this as a monitor for a Geochron world calendar, and it looks great. I don’t use any of the streaming stuff. The TCL operating system allows me to set a default HDMI input port and that’s all I care about. The picture seems bright and clear. Putting LED bias backlighting on the back makes the picture pop even more. The Geochron display changes slowly so I don’t care that it has only a 60Hz refresh rate. The frame appearance is low-key and doesn’t call attention to itself. There is a night light on the front; a very small lamp that remains lit when the TV is off, but it can be disabled. The power plug is on one side of the TV and the rest of the connections are on the other side. VESA bolt holes worked fine for wall mounting. The feet seem a little flimsy. The remote wastes space on dedicated buttons for streaming services I will never ever use. Do I wish it had more contrast zones? Sure, why not. But for this price I think it’s hard to beat the performance.

Much better than S535 – Background: We purchased the 65-inch S535 model about a month ago but weren’t very satisfied with it. We saw the new S555 model released recently and the price is the same, so we decided to give the new model a try.
