Good value – I know nothing about how to mount a flat screen TV to a wall. I was wanting to purchase a large flat screen TV and have it mounted on the wall in my new house. I sent my son-in-law the information on the TV and asked him to recommend the wall mount. This is what he recommended and it’s a good thing because wall studs are supposed to be put according to code with specific spacing. Because this bracket was adjustable to allow for various spacing, even though the bracket was not centered exactly on the wall the TV is centered exactly where I wanted. The flexibility was key to the mount. I only rated it 4 Stars for Ease because actual attaching to the wall was quite simple however determining the actual placement on the wall was a bit more complicated even with the template included, which was most helpful. I would definitely recommend this bracket, but would suggest that whoever is using it be sure to read all the instructions, do the measurements and take it slow. That said, it will perform as described.nn

THINK ABOUT PLACEMENT BEFORE YOU START – Most TVs or TV brackets, require a little thought as far as placement when completed, is TV screen center where you want it? Is there limiting factor, as far as where bottom or top of TV ends up after hanging on bracket, for instance ours is mounted above the fireplace and mantel, and we wanted a 4-5″ gap from bottom edge of TV & top of mantel, so brackets that attached to back of TV, can be mounted in a range of 6-7″ up or down, so I installed them as far up as possible so they stick out above the TV, then measured from were TV would be hanging from the bracket on wall + 5″ to allow far a sound bar to be placed underneath TV. Then centered placement left to right marked the center. then measured up from top of mantel and marked where bottom of bracket should be placed and allowed for sound bar clearance, held wall to line and placed a screw in center of top rail of wall bracket, leveled it, put another screw to hold bracket, plumb & level. Then stood back to double check the placement, then finished wall bracket installation with the large fasteners & a few more for good measure.then hung TV from wall bracket, and fine tuned everything and hooked it all up. Perfecto!

Great mount and more – This is a high quality mount and very solid. It offers a nice range of motion for those who need it to position just right (e.g. me). Originally used to mount a 65” TV. After a year or so, that TV gave up the ghost and the new one didn’t fit quite the same. I emailed customer service for a solution and not only were they quick to respond, they were able to solve the mounting issues. A great product is one thing, but fantastic customer service assistance on the rare occasional you’ll need it is awesome.

After a year or so, that TV gave up the ghost and the new one didn’t fit quite the same. I emailed customer service for a solution and not only were they quick to respond, they were able to solve the mounting issues. A great product is one thing, but fantastic customer service assistance on the rare occasional you’ll need it is awesome.
