– Had to modify it a bit to hold my speaker (Rokit 8) securely. More a fault of the speaker since it has rounded edges at the bottom but it ould have been avoided if the stands had a little higher brackets on the sides.

Easy to install and mount surround speakers – I purchased these wall mounts so that my two surround speakers could be elevated above my listening position in my apartment. From start to finish, the whole process took about two hours. I had some furniture to move so the drywall dust wouldn’t get over everything.

High quality speaker mounts with limited range of motion – These things are super sturdy and well built. I am holding a pair of monitor speakers. My only complaint is the range of motion is limited in the tilt. As shown in the picture is the furthest they tilt. It uses a dish and a bolt through that dish to establish the tilt. As you tighten it, it kind of forces it more upright and less tilted. I wish it had ~10 more degrees to it.

VERY solid mount; tilting ability – This unit from VideoSecu is built like a tank. My Elac B6.2 weighs a bit over 16# and I have no fear of this mount ever failing. I have the speaker level; no tilt or rotation. I used the included screws to stud- mount and I could not believe how secure this feels. I wouldn’t use toggles for mounting but that’s me. Unit arrived complete; no missing parts. The speakers are side surrounds so I like the ability to tilt or rotate for best results. Took me 15 mins to hang including my measurements. Minor complaint on the bolts supplied but easily dealt with. The bolts used to join the speaker plate to the horizontal arm are rounded like a carriage bolt; not easy to grip when you’re threading the nut. Just use needle nose pliers to prevent the bolt from spinning as you tighten the not. A hex bolt would have been a better choice but, again, very minor.
