Great product, well made, easy to install – a little slow – As the headline states, it moves a little slow. it’s probably 15-30 seconds to fully raise or lower, but it’s nice looking and seems to be well built. Hopefully the Nylon band holds up in our Arizona climate.

2.5 years in – This mount is perfect for our basement set up. Keeps the open floor plan. A few months ago however, it started to squeak when lowering or lifting up for storage. It’s gotten pretty loud, can be heard upstairs. I’ve applied a dry lube to moving parts, but noise persists.

Innovative product and great customer service – I purchased my mount for my outside pavilion. It worked perfectly for the first few months. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about 6 months. It was stuck in the up position and would not move. I called VIVO customer service. No waiting and immediately had a representative on the phone (Avery). I told her my problem and she sent me video to reset the belt as it may have gotten jammed. I did this, but still did not work. I emailed Avery back and she quickly responded back and asked if I could provide a short video of my issue. I provided a video and stated in video there was no beep when I plugged in. Avery emailed me back and stated it sounded like a control box issue, and asked me for my order # and shipping address. I replied back with same. She emailed me again and stated they were sending me a new one, and not to worry about sending non-working mount back. I am expecting my shipment today (2 days after contacting them!) . I cant say enough about VIVO customer service and especially the excellent service Avery provided. Its very rare to have good customer service these days, especially for a fairly new innovative product. They really exceeded my expectations. This is what keeps the customers coming back. Thanks VIVO and thank you Avery!
