Took a chance and scored big – After reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical that I would receive what I was anticipating. I ordered 2 of these Vizio Renewed Smart 40inch TV’s. Both arrived in original boxes, however one of them was wrapped in a thick bubble wrap, that very easily could have scratched the screen. Both were fully functional, and were in-fact, other than missing shipping foam, in like new condition. There were finger prints on the screen, that weren’t expected, however for the price, I really can’t complain. Both were very easy to set up. Would purchase again.

Irritating – Sound will randomly not work, tv doesn’t always respond to remote (regardless of if it’s the original remote, a universal Vizio replacement remote or even the smart remote you can use from your phone), randomly closes out of whatever app you’re using. I’m constantly having to unplug it & hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds & plug it back in to get it to work. I won’t be buying another Vizio any time soon!! Way too much money for a product that halfway works.
