Broken TV was shipped to us, did not work from day one (over a week and no refund) – This is very frustrating. I have to deal with some random company that has not refunded me for a broken TV. I already purchased another tv (not from amazon) and will never buy TV / PC from amazon. Not a smart move on my part.

Don’t Buy From This Company! – The TV arrived in a beat up box with a part of the outer carton missing. The cord, remote and stand were taped in a plastic bag. No instructions, TV manual, nothing in the box. The TV did not work. It shut itself off every few minutes and the remote wouldn’t even turn it back on, you had to unplug it! This is a joke and they are making me pay to send it back. The reconditioned products are obviously not tested until you get it and test it for them!! Amazon should not be promoting this company!!! I should add that Amazon stepped in and got the shipping reimbursed!

Pleasantly surprised – Was looking to replace an old TV I had, found this one for 40% off. Was a little scared have had Vizio before and I have never really been a fan. However I was on a time crunch so I decided to just go ahead and buy it. I’m extremely pleased with The TV and how much I can do with it. You can play free games like Tetris, doodle jump, and mah-jongg. There’s like a million streaming services plus there’s family oriented apps as well like Cocomelon and PBS Kids or you could also scroll on TikTok with this TV. The audio isn’t the best but overall the TV is great for the price!

Value for my money. – This TV was a little higher priced than most TVs in each category. But the ease of installation picture quality sound quality is second to none. I believe Vizio is a much better built product than some of your higher-end televisions in the same category. Yes I could have purchased the same size television for about $150 less than what I paid for Vizio but I have had such good luck with lifespan of the television picture quality and the exclusive warranty that they offer for an extra charge which is very nominal with Vizio I would never change. I purchased 2 55 in televisions approximately 2 years ago won a Vizio one a Samsung have had to replace the Samsung twice and the Samsung I paid approximately $125 more at the original purchase time. Vizio is just a tried and true product well worth the money you don’t expect these televisions to last 20 years like the old ones used to but yet again who keeps the television over 5 years anymore. With technology making most televisions obsolete the time they hit the market no one keeps television very long anymore but Vizio is always right there on the cutting edge.
