Just what you need – The instructions are amusing and informative. It states it holds almost 100 lbs. My Hisense TV 65U6H and Vizio soundbar only weigh combined 50lbs. Prior to the TV install I tried hanging off the mount. I weigh 200lbs. and it didn’t budge.

I’ve standardized on these mounts – After hanging a handful of tvs, the Echogear fully articulating mount is the best I’ve found. I’ve hung 55”-75” tvs into wood studs and into masonry and it works terrific. The template makes it super easy to get the leveling and measurements right. The sliding bracket on the mount means you don’t need studs to be centered because you can hang the mount then slide the bracket and lock it in place. Tilt, extension, swivel, and turn allows for any range of motion needed. I’ve used the 16” and 24” studs versions and both are terrific. My in-laws just built a new home and I bought 5 of these for them – 1 for the living room, 1 for each bedroom, and 1 for the back patio. I can’t recommend these mounts enough. And I recommend their in-wall cable kit if you need to add a plug behind the tv.
