Tried and True – Works just like the one I had 20 years ago. Was the only way to view my family videos since the camera was long dead. I love it!

works very well, operate with care to avoid issues – I’m very satisfied with the purchase, I recovered 17 years old VHS-c. You have to take care to operate properly this adapter because doesn’t have an instruction manual. Don’t force the parts, simply follow some simple steps: 1. Insert one AA battery, 2. set to on, 3. wait to the lid be open (do not intend to open yourself, don’t force the lid), 4. insert the VHS-c into the adapter, 5. inset the adapter into the VCR, you are set to view your tape, to finalize, eject the tape from the VCR and then repeat all steps but inverse the order from 5 to 1. Thats all.

VHS-C adapter – First product that arrived was defective. When I slid the latch to open the adapter, it started grinding abd would not open. I exchanged at Kohl’s (very easy process) and had a replacement within a day or two. Excellent resolution for the problem.

Works – Battery powered and no instructions. Just put a battery in, then open the lid and insert your VHS-C tape. Do everything slowly and carefully and it will work. Only issue is sometimes when I eject the tape from the VHS player, there is some slack in the tape. Just carfully tighten it with your hand turning the wheel.

Works well – It works as advertised. Just make sure the vhs-c cartridge is fully inserted before closing the cover otherwise the vhs-c may not thread correctly. remove slack from the tape also before inserting. with those cautions in mind it should work well.
