      great t.v. – huge t.v. the picture is lovely. get a soundbar. the built in sound is just ok. very glad i made this purchase. delivered in one peice. no issues at all. its a huge t.v. love it.

      Great picture, poor sound quality, bad UI – The picture on this television is beautiful. The sound is very poor. My last television was the Toshiba Smart TV with Alexa, fire TV. I purchased this one because I wanted a larger set. To compare the to the Toshiba user interface is much better with higher quality smart features and adaptability. The sound quality on my 55 inch Toshiba is higher set at 50% than the 82 inch Samsung is set at 100. The sound is also flat and of poor quality. This television definitely needs a speaker system to go with it. The user interface is difficult to use and the options for pairing devices or installing apps are lacking. The Toshiba was much better quality, I will be very reticent to buy another Samsung after this. Very disappointing…

      Big tv with little thrills – Tv is light weight over all, only having two HDMI inputs is a downside but the picture quality is decent enough. Not the most advanced tv out there, but for the price point it does well. The sound is actually pretty good and gets loud yet clear.

      Read the fine print has half the features promised – Very disappointed, remote not as advertised dose not have voice control, picture quality is not any better than our old 1080 set, box had water damage so was unable to send back which I should have done pretty sad spending 1500. On a TV that’s about the same quality as the RCA 1080 it replaced that was 12 yrs old. The remote sucks, constantly have to disconnect and re set up to avoid lag, high disappointed, seems items you can’t trust items other than everyday purchases, never again will we buy valuable items via Amazon!!
